APPLICATION OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN CONDITIONS OF MIXED LEARNING IN HIGH SCHOOLS

Abstract. The article analyzes the importance of using innovative technologies in educational activities in the conditions of mixed learning in institutions of higher education. The relevance of this study is determined by the fact that the national educational policy of our country is characterized by significant changes. This is connected, first of all, with a shift towards a personally oriented pedagogical doctrine. One of the tasks of a modern institution of higher education is to reveal the potential of all participants in the educational process and to give them the opportunity to show their creativity. Solving these tasks is impossible without implementing the variability of the educational process. Research has established that innovative activity requires special knowledge, skills and abilities. The implementation of innovations would be impossible without systematic thinking, developed creativity and a formed conscious readiness for innovations on the part of teacher-researchers. It has been established that there is no single point of view when defining the essence of the concept of «technology»: some understand it as a certain instruction using modern methods and teaching tools; other purposeful techniques, means and actions to increase the effectiveness of the educational process; the third is the general process of defining goals, implementation plans and action programs, educational methods. Attention is focused on the fact that "innovative technology" is a set of targeted system technologies and means of organizing educational activities, covering the entire learning process from setting goals to obtaining results. It is noted that an important condition for the effective application of blended learning is the motivational, psychological, technical and methodical training of the teaching staff of higher education institutions. The design of educational scenarios in the context of actions and experience, the choice of educational process models, detailed preparation and organization of independent work of future specialists are also important aspects. It was concluded that one of the strategic tasks at the current stage of modernization of higher education in Ukraine is the quality of professional training of specialists at the level of international standards. This problem can be solved only by introducing innovative learning technologies. Therefore, the educational process using innovative technologies is qualitatively superior to traditional education.
